Dispatch conditions

The products are dispatched from Antwerp, Belgium and delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs

The shipping costs depend on the place of delivery. More information about this under the heading 'Shipping Method' at the check out.

Delivery periods

Domestic (BeNeLux) delivery of goods shall be made within 3-5 working days, for deliveries abroad (Europe) the delivery times are an indication and vary between 5-14 working days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
